John’s professional Qualifications are:

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Member of the Loveland/Berthoud
Board of Realtors, Member of the Colorado Association of Realtors
Member of the National Association of Realtors
Member of the Homebuilder’s Association of Northern Colorado. 

John has been in real estate since 1999, he has 15 years in sales, marketing and hospitality.  He is actively involved as a member of Timberline Church in Fort Collins and is an active participant in the Loveland, Fort Collins, and Greeley, Chamber of Commerce.

Personal:  

John was born and raised in California, and he attended and graduated from Dallas High School in Oregon
and then studied Business Management in college.
He was stationed in Hunter Army Airfield, 1st Ranger Battalion, Savannah Georgia, where he met his future wife Ana.
John and Ana were married on June 30th, 1997. 
In July of 1999, Ana and John moved to Northern Colorado, where they quickly fell in love with the people  and the beauty of the area. 
On August 3, 2007, they welcomed their first and only child, Evan.
