Chuck McNeal, Chairman of The Group, Inc. was recently featured in the cover story of the 3^rd Quarter issue of RESPRO Magazine, a trade publication for members of the Real Estate Services Providers Council, Inc...  Each year RESPRO highlights a member who has achieved considerable success in offering consumers a diversified menu of services through affiliated businesses.  The article called The Group, Inc. “One of the most successful diversified real estate companies in the country, despite its relatively small size…..” compared to other top companies around the country.

The Group, Inc. began offering mortgage and title services in an effort to have more control over the parts of a real estate transaction that can cause problems for customers if not handled properly.  Work schedules, reservations on moving vans, other real estate closings are some things affected when a closing does not occur as scheduled.  These affiliated businesses were formed to improve the consumer’s experience with The Group, Inc.
